How much does the order cost?
The price is CHF 29.90 including all mandatory fees. No additional mandatory costs are hidden.
Is SMART GmbH a debt collection office?
No. SMART GmbH operates the online ordering process. Final processing and issuance are performed by the responsible office or the connected secure electronic processing service.
Which documents are accepted?
Swiss passports, Swiss identity cards, Swiss driving licences, and Swiss residence permits in card or paper format are supported. Both front and back must be uploaded for two-sided documents.
Can I order an extract concerning another person or company?
Yes, if you have a legitimate interest. The process will then require suitable proof of that interest.
How do I pay?
Payment is made through Datatrans. Card data is entered only in the secure payment window and is not stored by SMART GmbH.
What happens to my uploads?
Uploads are stored privately, receive an initial check for known threats, and are transmitted securely. Incomplete orders are normally cleared after 48 hours; completed orders follow the defined retention period.
Why do I have to sign?
The digital signature confirms that the information is correct and that you are entitled to make the request.
What happens after payment?
After payment is confirmed, the order continues processing. Secure delivery information is sent to the email address provided.
Where is the data processed?
Data is stored and processed in Switzerland. The process is designed for confidential, purpose-limited handling.
