How the online order works
Check the address, provide identity evidence, pay securely and receive the official extract through protected access.
1. Jurisdiction and details
The full address of the affected person or company determines the responsible debt-enforcement office. For a third-party order, purchaser and affected person remain distinct.

- Required legitimate-interest evidence for third-party requests
2. Documents and checks
Only documents expressly listed in the flow are accepted. Two-sided identity documents require front and back. Driving licences are not accepted. Uploads undergo technical checks before secure submission.

3. Payment and delivery
Card data is entered only in the certified payment window. A browser return is not payment proof; payment is verified server-side. Following official processing, the document becomes available in protected order status.
